Exam

  • Type: Written exam (180 min), in German.
  • Weight: 100% of the final grade.
  • Allowed aids: None. A formulary and Java documentation will be provided.
  • Bonus points:
    • Earnable through active participation.
    • Includes weekly bonus tasks, peer feedback, mini-tests, and programming assignments.
    • Can improve the exam grade by up to 0.25 points.
    • Valid only for the next two exam sessions.
  • Repetition: Offered every session, retake possible without re-enrolling.
  • Format: Digital exam on ETH-provided devices.
  • Distance exam: Not possible.

  • Not graded but recommended for success in the course.
  • Format: Weekly exercises, some with bonus tasks.
  • Submission: Online via the designated platform.
  • Group sessions: Thursdays at various locations and online.
